The Game of Golf is Played Here
HERE AT THE LINKS O’ TRYON WE PRESENT A “WEE BIT O’ SCOTLAND” HERE IN THE UPSTATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA
The course was designed by renowned architect, Tom Jackson, featuring grass bunkers, handsome walls and bridges of imported fieldstone all adding a touch of Scottish flavor.
The clubhouse was modeled after the club of the Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh, Scotland. With the beautiful stonework utilized throughout the course you will get the feel and tradition of Scottish golf.
Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains the course winds through rolling countryside with spectacular mountain and water views, fair but challenging and playable for all levels of golfers. Diamond Zoysia greens and Bermuda 419 fairways and tees offer beautiful playing conditions year-round.
WE’RE SEMI-PRIVATE, WITH A HEALTHY MIX OF FOLKS: Members and non; natives and Northern transplants. But everyone feels like this is their golf club. The restaurant is a popular respite for golfers as well as strictly-diners, and the Sunday brunch is popular with all. We have a complete range with a large putting green, practice bunker and chipping area. Resident PGA Professional Marc Brady can help you sharpen your game with lessons.
